4 Days Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha & Hells Gate Safari - Itinerary

Day 1
Depending on your confirmation travel dates, our professional guide will pick you up at 700hrs from your accommodation to drive you to Masai Mara. Alternatively, depending on your travel plan, pick up can be from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport however you will have to book a flight arriving in Nairobi early morning hours. Masai Mara Nation Reserve is a 6hrs drive by road from Nairobi. You will be briefed first upon your Africa’s greatest wildlife Reserve before you embark on the journey. Enjoy a drive through scenic views of the Nairobi suburbs, beautiful savannah grasslands, and plains of the Rift valley. You will stop at the great rift valley view point for photography shortly after you will continue the journey to the park. Upon your arrival at the park, you will check-in accommodation just in time for lunch. After the refreshment, you will then depart from an evening game drive, expect to see various wildlife species to include, giant elephants, hippopotamus, lions, leopards, cheaters, giraffes and so many more. Day 2
This is Maiden day to explore Masai Mara Game Reserve, our morning and afternoon game drives takes us in search of Africa’s Big Five and the wind array of other wildlife inhabiting this vast Kenyan game reserve. On clear days, the Mara offers fantastic orange-tinged sunsets that make for spectacular photos. Wherever you go in the vast Masai Mara Reserve you will see plenty of wildlife, such as Masai Giraffe, baboons, warthogs, bat-eared foxes, grey jackals, spotted hyenas, Topis, impala, hartebeests, wildebeest, Elephants, buffaloes, zebras and hippos are also found in great numbers. It is also common to see lions either basking after a heavy meal, or surveying the plains for their next meal. Cheetahs and leopards are harder to spot, but reasonably common.

NOTE: There is an optional cultural visit to the Maasai tribe community within the park; this visit grands you a chance to learn about the Maasai culture, customs, ways of leaving and their exercising cultural dance. 
Game viewing in Masai Mara can be enhanced with a hot air ballooning Experience, this can be arranged at an extra cost.
After gathering full day memories, you will return to accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3
After your early morning breakfast, we check out from the Lodge or Camp in Masai Mara with an exit game drive as we proceed for Lake Naivasha. We arrive in Naivasha just in time for lunch. After lunch, we take a boat ride to enjoy bird watching and sightings of hippopotamus.  Tour shall be followed by a visit to Crescent Island for a guided walking safari. Crescent Island hosts grazers like Giraffe, Zebra, Impala, Grants Gazelle, Common Waterbuck and Buffalo. After the amazing full day adventure, you will return to accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4
After breakfast we transfer to Hells Gate National Park for bicycle ride experience in the wilderness of Hells Gate National Park. You can also opt to walk or drive on your safari mini bus. Hells Gate National Park is small and the only National Park in Kenya that can be explored by foot or cycle. Resident wildlife includes Giraffe, Zebra, Impala, Grants Gazelle, Warthog and Buffalo. A bicycle ride with sightings of zebras and Giraffe is a beautiful experience. After collecting half day memories, we head to the Hells Gate Gorge where our guide will take you though the stories of the Gorge and as you trek the mighty gorge. After trekking the gorge, we shall head back to Nairobi.
